Your Breezy Perform dashboard, or home page, gives you quick access to open tasks, your own 1:1s and goals, and public recognition that your co-workers have shared about one another—plus an easy link to provide feedback or recognition.
To access your dashboard, just click Home in the left sidebar.
The dashboard is divided into 4 main sections:
Actions: Tasks and reminders for you to complete, like setting up goals or providing feedback.
Recognition: Public recognition that’s been shared about you or your co-workers
1:1s: Active 1:1s with your manager or direct reports
Goals: A summary of your goals, and company, team, or department goals if available
You can take action on any item right from the dashboard.
