Managing Feedback

Giving and receiving feedback is a key part of engaging with your team. Learn more about managing feedback in Breezy Perform.

You can manage active feedback requests you’ve received and sent from your feedback view. Once completed, you can find feedback on the Feedback tab of your profile view.


The feedback view

You can access the feedback view by clicking Feedback in the left sidebar.

The feedback view is divided into 3 sections:

  • Recognition

  • Requests

  • Saved Feedback

Recognition

When anyone in your company has recognized someone, feedback is shared here. You can filter recognition by:

  • Your Company

  • Your Location

  • Your Department

  • Your Team

Requests

Feedback requests are listed here, grouped by Requested of You and Requested by You. Click each tab on the top to see a list of requests and click the More icon (ellipsis) or right arrow for options.

On the Requested of You tab, you can:

  • Respond to a feedback request

  • Decline a feedback request

  • Edit a feedback request

  • Delete a feedback request

  • Send reminders to participants

Saved Feedback

Drafts of feedback you’ve saved are listed here. You can edit, delete, and change sharing options on any of your saved items.

The feedback tab of your profile view

You access the feedback tab of your profile view by clicking your name in the left sidebar, then Feedback near the top of the window. From here, you can review feedback about yourself and edit or delete feedback you’ve already created.

You can refine the results by choosing options from the dropdowns:

  • By recipient (By Me or About Me)

  • Type of feedback (All Feedback, Recognition, Shared Feedback, or Saved Feedback)

You can also filter by:

  • Who feedback was provided for or by

  • The date range of when feedback was provided
