Recognition is just one type of feedback In Perform. You can also request feedback from others outside your formal review cycles. It’s a great way to stay connected all year long.
To request feedback about yourself:
Click the Employee Feedback button on your dashboard, profile view, or feedback view.
Choose Feedback about me from the Feedback Type dropdown.
Enter the people you’d like to request feedback from.
Choose or add questions to ask.
If you’re a manager, you can also request feedback about your employees from their peers.
Click the Employee Feedback button on your dashboard, profile view, or feedback view.
Choose Feedback about someone else from the Feedback Type dropdown.
Enter the employee you’d like feedback about under Recipient.
Enter the names of the people you’re requesting feedback from under Request From.
Choose or add questions to ask.
