Updated over 10 months ago

Giving and receiving feedback is a key part of engaging with your manager, peers, and company. In Breezy Perform, anyone can easily request, provide, and publicly share feedback outside your formal review cycles.

Types of feedback

In Breezy, you can work with 4 types of feedback.

  • Recognize Someone: Let coworkers know they did a great job! 🎉

  • Feedback About Me: Get input from others on how you’re doing. 🤔

  • Feedback About Someone Else: Give constructive feedback about a co-worker's performance. If you’re a manager, you can ask for input on your direct reports from their co-workers. 👍

  • 360 Team Feedback: Check in with your whole team — everyone can provide feedback on one another. 🙌
