What fun is a team engagement tool without the team?!

When you’re ready to bring the rest of your company into Perform, it’s as easy as sending invites or connecting your HRIS.

Your colleagues can sign in and dive right into setting their own goals, building out 1:1s, and sharing feedback. 🙌

To add employees:

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Company settings.

  3. On the Employees tab, click Add Employees.

  4. Choose a method to add employees:

    • Using emails

    • Uploading a CSV file

    • One by one

Adding employees to Breezy Perform

To connect an HRIS:

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Company Settings.

  3. Click Integrations and choose your HRIS.
