Gusto automates and simplifies payroll, benefits, and HR. With the Gusto integration, you can sync employee data with Breezy Perform.
How to enable the Gusto integration
You’ll need admin permissions in both Gusto and Breezy Perform to enable the integration.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click Integrations on the left side of the window.
Find Gusto and click Connect.
Click Connect Existing Account.
Enter your Gusto account credentials and click Sign In.
Click Authorize to connect your Perform and Gusto accounts.
Syncing data with Gusto
Once the Gusto integration is enabled, it will automatically update Breezy Perform with employee data every 24 hours. You can also manually sync your data at any time.
To manually sync Gusto data:
Click the gear icon ⚙️in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click Integrations on the left-hand side of the window.
Find Gusto and click Sync Now.
Important Note: Any employee data that you add or change manually in Breezy Perform will be overwritten by the Gusto daily sync.
How to disconnect the Gusto integration
You can disconnect the Gusto integration at any time.
Click the gear icon ⚙️in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click Integrations on the left-hand side of the window.
Find Gusto and click Disconnect.
Supported fields
As part of the integration with Gusto, the following employee properties are supported:
Name, which is First Name (or Preferred First Name, if provided), Middle Initial, and Last Name
Employee ID
Work Email
Manager
Job Title
Department
User ID
Hire Date
Terminated Status
