Breezy admins can access all available features and manage tools, employees, and company-wide settings for your Breezy Perform account.
Company Settings
In Company Settings, you can:
Manage admin users
Manage integrations
Change your plan
Update your company info and payment method
To update your company settings:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Choose an option from the left-hand side of the window:
Employees
Admins
Integrations
Manage Subscription
Billing
Note: Downgrading your plan will take effect on your next billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Upgrading your plan will take place immediately.

Review Cycles
The Reviews option lets you create and manage reviews and review cycles.
To create or manage reviews:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Perform Preferences.
Click Reviews on the left.
To create a review, click Create New.
To manage or edit an existing review, find the correct review on the list and click the More icon (ellipsis) on the right-hand side to choose an option.
Inviting Users
The Invite Users option lets you invite a batch of users to join Perform. When you invite employees this way, they’ll each receive an email with a link to sign in to Breezy Perform.
Click the gear icon in the left sidebar.
Click Invite Users.
Enter or paste employee email addresses, separated by commas or line breaks, and click Next.
If you don’t want to be the manager associated with the employees you’re inviting, uncheck I am the primary manager for these employees.
Verify or edit the employees’ name and click Next.
If you’d like to assign all the employees on the list to the same department or location, click to select these options and enter the correct info.
To specify different departments or locations for each employee on the list, click to select these options and enter the correct info for each employee.
Click Send Invites.
Feature Requests
Have a great idea for an improvement or a new feature? You can let us know by submitting a feature request, right in Perform!
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Feature Request.
Under Create a Post, enter a title and description for your request.
Click the insert image icon (mountains), if you’d like to attach a file.
Click Create Post.
To upvote or add comments to existing requests:
Scroll or search for the right request and click to open it.
To upvote, click the up arrow next to the title of the request.
To add a comment, enter your text in the Leave a comment box.
To attach a file with your comment, click the insert image icon (mountains).
Click Submit.
