Input from colleagues is an essential part of the performance review process. And the best time to give and gather feedback is when an employee’s contributions are fresh and top of mind. 💪

In Perform, managers and employees can request feedback from others at any time—no need to wait for review season!

To request feedback about employees from their peers:

  1. Click the Employee Feedback button on your dashboard, profile view, or feedback view.

  2. Choose Feedback about someone else from the Feedback Type dropdown.

  3. Enter the employee you’d like feedback about under Recipient.

  4. Enter the names of the people you’re requesting feedback from under Request From.

  5. Choose or add questions to ask.

To request feedback about yourself:

  1. Click the Employee Feedback button on your dashboard, profile view, or feedback view.

  2. Choose Feedback about me from the Feedback Type dropdown.

  3. Enter the people you’d like to request feedback from.

  4. Choose or add questions to ask.
