In Perform, it’s easy to connect feedback, 1:1s, and goals to those ever-important performance reviews.
As an admin, you can create and manage review cycles for your whole company. You can use our default review cycle or basic template to get started, or you can build your own from scratch.
To get started:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Review Settings.
To customize the default review for your needs, click the more icon (ellipsis) by its name and choose Edit.
To create a new review cycle from a template or from scratch, click Create New and follow the steps to build a review.
