In Perform, it’s easy to connect feedback, 1:1s, and goals to those ever-important performance reviews.

As an admin, you can <a href="https://help.perform.breezy.hr/en/articles/8436357">create and manage review cycles</a> for your whole company. You can use one of our templates to get started, or you can build your own from scratch.

Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

Choose a template option and follow the steps to build a review.

1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
2. Click Perform Preferences.
3. Click Reviews on the left.
4. Click Create New on the right.
5. Choose a template option and follow the steps to build a review.
