In Perform, it’s easy to connect feedback, 1:1s, and goals to those ever-important performance reviews.
As an admin, you can create and manage review cycles for your whole company. You can use one of our templates to get started, or you can build your own from scratch.
To get started:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Perform Preferences.
Click Reviews on the left.
Click Create New on the right.
Choose a template option and follow the steps to build a review.
