If you’re participating in 360 reviews, you can select colleagues to provide feedback on your performance and you can provide feedback for others who’ve requested it. You can also complete a self-assessment, provide an upward review for your manager, and get an evaluation from your manager. If you’re a manager, you’ll also get feedback from your direct reports.
Depending on the requirements of your review cycle, you may:
Complete a self-assessment
Give peer reviews as requested by colleagues or their managers
Give an upward review of your manager
Get reviews from peers you or your manager select
Get an evaluation from your manager
If you’re a manager, you may also:
Give evaluations to each of your direct reports
Get upward reviews from your direct reports
How to choose peer reviewers
You’ll need to select peers to provide feedback for your 360 review. Your manager can also add and remove reviewers from your list.
To select peers for your 360 review:
Click Review in the left sidebar.
Check the review cycle near the top of the window. Click Switch Review Cycles if you need to complete a different review than the one shown.
Click Select Peer Reviewers
To add a reviewer, search for an employee by name and click Add and Notify to add them to your list of reviewers.
To remove a peer from the list, click the Delete icon (trash can) next to their name.
Click Close when you’re finished.
Note: Your direct manager and upwards reviews are included by default and can’t be removed.
The coworkers you select will receive a notification and link to complete your review. You’ll see the results after your manager has completed their portion and finished your review.
How to complete your self-evaluation
As part of the 360 review process, you’ll need to complete a self-evaluation.
Click Review in the left sidebar.
Check the name of the review cycle near the top of the window. Click Switch Review Cycles if you need to complete a different review than the one shown.
Click the Me tab.
Click Review on the right side of the screen.
Add a response to each question on the review form.
Click Save as Draft to save your work and finish it later.
Click Submit to submit your review.
Your manager will be notified when your self-evaluation is submitted. Once your review cycle is complete, you can view the report under My Review for the relevant Review Cycle. It will also be available in the Reviews section of your Employee Profile.
How to complete a 360 review for a peer
If a peer has selected you as a reviewer for their 360, you’ll be notified that you’ll need to add feedback and they’ll appear on the My Peers tab of your review page.
To complete a review for a peer:
Click Review in the left sidebar.
Check the review cycle near the top of the window. Click Switch Review Cycles if you need to complete a different review than the one shown.
Click My Peers.
Find the correct name on the list of participants and click Review.
Add a response to each question on the review form.
Click Save as Draft to save your work and finish it later.
Click Submit to submit your review.
How to complete an upward review for your manager
You’ll need to complete an upward review of your manager as part of the 360 process.
To complete an upward review:
Click Review in the left sidebar.
Check the review cycle near the top of the window. Click Switch Review Cycles if you need to complete a different review than the one shown.
Click My Managers.
Find the correct name on the list of participants and click Review.
Add a response to each question on the review form.
Click Save as Draft to save your work and finish it later.
Click Submit to submit your review.
Your manager will see your feedback in their final review report after it’s finished.
