Self-assessments are a key part of regular review cycles—they give your manager a first-person perspective on your progress and accomplishments.
In Perform, it’s simple to recap for that all-important self-eval. Your feedback and goals are right on screen alongside your review.
To get started:
Click Reviews in the left sidebar.
Click Review to the right of your name.
Answer each question and click Save as Draft or Submit.
When you submit your review, it’s delivered to your manager so they can complete their portion.
